SAFETY WITH KNEER-SÜDFENSTER
Already as part of the basic model.
The topic of "security" moves people like no other. After all, safety creates life quality. ln Germany, the installation of safe windows and front doors, as well as bars and security alarm systems as protection against burglars is subsidised by a total of € 30 Million. In 2015, the federal Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) [Credit Institute for the Reconstruction] provided € 10 million. One-third of all burglary attempts fail due to well-secured windows and doors. The higher the resistance class, the higher the burglary protection. High-quality products already offer high basic safety in the standard version and can be easily upgraded.
There is a break-in almost every two minutes somewhere. Windows and French doors are the preferred "way" into the house or into the flat. KNEER-SÜDFENSTER has, therefore, already in the standard version of its products, specifically attached the utmost importance to security.

a) If anti-burglary protection is required, the use of Resistance Class RC 2N is only recommended with components with which no direct attack can be expected on the glazing utilised. |
High risk |
The Police first recommend mechanical protection, then the electronic upgrade. An alarm system acts as an additional deterrent because the perpetrator must expect to be detected quickly.
We are happy to build in glass breakage detectors or opening contacts in our factory.
